Do Nike shoes run true to size?
Most Nike models run true to size, but there are important exceptions. The Nike Dunk Low — one of Nike's most popular silhouettes — has a narrow toe box and low volume, so many buyers size up half a size. By contrast, the Air Force 1 has a generous, roomy fit and almost universally runs true to size.
Nike US vs EU sizing
Nike uses the standard US Men's sizing system. To convert to EU, add approximately 33–34 to your US Men's size (e.g. US 10 = EU 44). For women, Nike's EU sizing is based on US Women's sizing — a US Women's 9 is approximately EU 40.5.
Nike Men's vs Women's sizing
Nike women's sizes run 1.5 sizes larger than men's. A US Men's 8 = US Women's 9.5. Many Nike models are listed as unisex and use men's sizing, so women should subtract 1.5 from their women's size when shopping unisex styles.
